Roseanna Joined us to replace Gill who sadly semi-retired but is still involved behind the scenes. Roseanna will be more than happy to talk to all customers and is extremely friendly. Very committed to customer service and an all-round gem! She has impressed us all that much that she is now taking over as Service Manager. Extremely organised and with a wicked sense of humour, Roseanna is much loved by the technicians and customers alike.

Gill joined us in 2015. Having been a client of many years she now has a view from the other side of the counter, so she really does know how you feel when your car lets you down. She will be happy to help customers with bookings and anything else that we throw at her in the course of a busy day.

It will most likely be Hans who will carry out your MOT test. He is an extremely experienced and competent tester. Hans is a self-confessed chocoholic and enjoys chasing a ball round a golf course.

Harvey has joined us with the opportunity of becoming a full apprentice. He is currently doing basic training but hopefully should graduate onto a full technician apprentice course in due time. He has been a hit with his colleagues and has even got himself a new Knick name of Biggles!!!

Diane has joined us as our Service Receptionist and has much experience in customer facing rolls including working for a car fleet company. She lives locally and enjoys nothing more than a good chat on the front desk. She loves her cats and in her spare time likes to see her family as much as possible.

Brian specialises in diagnostics and electrical problems but is equally at home with his hands on the spanners. So what a clever chap he is. He's a Spurs supporter, but hey, you can't have everything can you.

Sean is one of our clever multi-tasking technicians who does servicing, repairs, welding, and mot tests. Also, he bakes a very good cake, what a useful chap he is to have around.
